French Speaking Customer Support Representative

Job Description

As a Customer Support Representative for Green Cari, you will be the primary point of contact for Green Cari’s french speaking partner brands in assisting customers with their concerns

Responsibilities

  • Assist customers with requests and queries
  • Promote the company’s latest offerings
  • Resolve customer complaints

Qualifications

  • Fluent in English and French, both spoken and written
  • Able to communicate effectively
  • Able to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
  • Able to learn and adapt quickly
  • Able to solve problems efficiently and, at times, creatively.
  • Proficient in MS Office (or similar software), especially Excel and Word
  • Flexible with shift assignments (early morning,  mid-day or night shift)
  • Previous experience with customer service preferred
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply

Notes:

  • Work remotely / from home
  • 40 hours a week will be required
  • Must have a reliable internet connection, at least 15Mbps
  • Must have a reliable computer that can handle multiple tasks/software running simultaneously (minimum system requirements: intel core i5 or equivalent, 6GB RAM)

  • Freelance contract
