Job Description
As a Customer Support Representative for Green Cari, you will be the primary point of contact for Green Cari’s french speaking partner brands in assisting customers with their concerns
Responsibilities
- Assist customers with requests and queries
- Promote the company’s latest offerings
- Resolve customer complaints
Qualifications
- Fluent in English and French, both spoken and written
- Able to communicate effectively
- Able to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
- Able to learn and adapt quickly
- Able to solve problems efficiently and, at times, creatively.
- Proficient in MS Office (or similar software), especially Excel and Word
- Flexible with shift assignments (early morning, mid-day or night shift)
- Previous experience with customer service preferred
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
Notes:
- Work remotely / from home
- 40 hours a week will be required
- Must have a reliable internet connection, at least 15Mbps
- Must have a reliable computer that can handle multiple tasks/software running simultaneously (minimum system requirements: intel core i5 or equivalent, 6GB RAM)
